Vice President of Corporate Marketing   Join this highly visible key exec role at a high-growth, fast-paced Software Defined/Hyper-Converged storage start-up seeking an energetic Vice President  of Marketing. You will lead all outbound marketing, field marketing, brand management and solutions marketing.  
You will own all Product and Outbound Marketing including messaging, positioning, Marcom, PR. You will build and drive all outbound marketing activities including campaigns, demand-gen, automation, marcom, sales/filed support, all content/collateral creation, positioning and brand management.

Job Requirements

To Succeed You Must Have:



Storage background, preferably in enterprise applications, HPC, Hyper-converged/SDS, be well versed in  using Salesforce and Marketo tools for DemandGen. 

Be hands on with executing programs, wear many hats and be willing to roll up sleeves.


Key Sales Play & Go-to-Market Strategy:  lead GTM strategy: which plays, pick the verticals, markets, and investment strategy to maximize revenue.  

Optimize the budget across the key sales plays and campaigns, and lead the Demand Gen, Events, Social marketing and Field Marketing activities.

Channel and Partner Marketing: Collaborate with channel and technology partners.


Manager Content Generation:  all marketing collateral, internal and external content, customer presentations, product data sheets, sales scripts, FAQs, videos as well as solutions white papers; l create and maintain all product content for the company website.


Marketing Communications:  lead marketing communications and press relations 


Demand Generation:  run Demand Gen, Events, and Field Marketing programs for lead generation


Collaboration:  collaborate with product management, technical marketing and sales teams to translate the technical vision into high value marketing programs and activities.


Sales/Field Support:  create sales enablement collateral and train sales teams on messaging and positioning. 


Public Speaking:   represent the company in small and large public speaking events
