As a Sr.Channel Marketing Manager with experience in field and partner marketing you will organize events, generate leads, and energize partners to boost their overall sales and marketing efforts. Work closely with field & inside sales and channel teams to boost partner revenue for Northern Europe.
This is a remote role to be close to a major airport and travel to meet with Partners and Field Sales team in EMEA
You must be hands on with Partners to build relationships, business plan to launch and manager marketing programs, and Demand Gen fulfillment activities, events, lead generation programs for promotions with distributors. You will be working closely with C level managers on the Partner side, negotiating with partners and tracking activities with partners building and launching Integrated Marketing Campaigns and manage all the related events.
You must be fluent in English, German, French, Dutch are pluses.
Primary Objectives Are:
Define regional marketing goals and objectives as well as create regional marketing plans in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Teams & EMEA Marketing team.
On a quarterly basis, ensuring that the marketing plan is mapped to the regional quarterly budget, and you will be responsible for managing the marketing budget
Drive regional joint Partner Marketing Programs by leveraging partner funds.
Responsibilities And Duties
Execution and management of regional marketing programs (email, direct mail, online)
Alignment of Regional channel and end-user quarterly program strategy to ensure consistent messaging
Management and administration of web requisition processing and budget reporting
Responsible for lead processing, submissions and tracking for regional programs
Management of regional seminars and events (both channel and end-user) to include strategy, production, implementation, execution, and measurement
Be the “ Go-To” marketing resource for the region
Management of local marketing agencies
Track record of field/integrated marketing and partner marketing experience, ability to organize events for partners and generate leads, create more events for partners, launch emails campaigns /calls to energize partners to get more leads. Set up meetings, create and manage events, improving partner interaction and revenue growth.
Have 6+ years’ experience in Channel/Partner marketing for a tech company
Prior experience in budget management
Experience in co-marketing fund raising ability with partners, a plus
Willing to travel up to 50%
