Sales Development Rep-SDR

 

In this position you will have the opportunity to build and execute the process of generating qualified sales opportunities with CTOs and VP Engineering of Mid-Market tech companies. 

 

You’ ll work closely with the founders, sales and marketing to tweak messaging based off of the conversations you have every day.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Generate, develop, qualify and set new business opportunities to increase revenue for the sales team.
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure our Sales team is speaking with the right people at the right time.
  • Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, social networking and other creative ways.
  • Build rapport with senior executives at target accounts through a consultative sales approach.
  • Research and prioritize key accounts to find decision makers and bring them to a meeting.
  • Regularly track progress in company CRM.
  • Report sales results and conversion rates on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

 

Requirements Are:
  • 1+ years prior sales or sales development experience in an enterprise-software company. Experience with data products is a big advantage.

  • Build rapport with senior executives at target accounts through a consultative sales approach and with the personas you are targeting?

  • Familiarity with inside sales methodologies and selling software over the phone.
  • Run through a brick wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to be in software sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in generating leads at events is a plus.
