Director of Demand Generation-Digital Marketing
Join a fast growing established start up in HybridCloud storage with use cases that include media asset management, big data, bioinformatics, IoT, and backup/archive.
Directly reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a central role in defining and driving all online presence and marketing vision that spans from creating marketing programs, to driving creative, to managing campaigns in Marketo-Salesforce, and managing and reporting pipeline results.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
You must be hands on, creative and analytic and have a passion for tracking for results.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies for creative campaigns and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging marketing technologies
To Succeed You Must Have:
Start up Experience.
Track record of building and managing Marketing Automation campaigns.
Proficiency in Marketo-Salesforce.
8-10 years enterprise B2B marketing experience, with 5 years experience driving digital marketing programs in a startup / small company environment, and 2-4 years at the Director level, experience in building and managing teams.
Fun, highly creative marketing approach, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that delight, engage, inform and motivate.
Demonstrable results building pipeline, with the performance metrics measurement.
Experience leading and managing multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of marketing automation (preferably Marketo) and Salesforce.Com
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills.
