Customer Success Engineer


As a CSE you will form and build customer relationships post the sales process and throughout the lifecycle of the account, and develop a deep knowledge of our system. 


You will own all aspects of customer nurturing, including driving engagement, maintaining overall customer satisfaction, and retention. 


This is a hands on technical role, that requires SQL scripting/queries experience. You must have good understanding of Analytics, deal with integration issues.


You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after implementation, and assume overall customer responsibility and escalation management. 


You will regularly be in touch with CTOs, VPs and technical teams with customers, asking smart questions about their needs and manage the entire life cycle of customer experience.


You will be working in a fast moving start up environment dealing with enterprise F-100 hi end customers and learning advanced analytics.


Job Requirements


You must have experience in SaaS, good understanding of Analytics, monitoring tools like Looker, Qlik, Tableau.
You could come from QA or Data Engineering background.

·       A passion for customers and problem solving

·       Self-starter with demonstrable ability to work independently and creatively

·       Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously

·       At least 1-year customer management experience

·       At least 2-years experience with SQL

Data analysis experience is a big advantage
